Hello All we are gearing up for in a weeks time you can see all these props and more Live , Pictures and Videos are cool but nothing is better then seeing it all up close in your face..They look even better..

This coming week we will do at least one to two blogs more of Props & Animatronics. Now i am going to takes some time to answer questions..

Q. when can we purchase these new props -
A. March 8th live On Transworld Show Floor or your can order on line for the discount Transworld Event Price..Now that means if you cant make this years show you can Order every single new prop and animatronic online starting March 8th and at a Biggest discount of the Year.....

Q. Do you take cash and carry at Transworld
A. Yes we do...Get to our booth Early Because last season our booth sold out by friday at 12pm all cash and carry items were spoken for..

Q. When can we pick up our props we bought at transworld cash and carry
A. Starting Saterday At the show close for the day all props must be picked up no later then sunday 2pm.

Q. If we Order how long does it take to get our props orderd at the Transworld Event Pricing.
A. All Fully Paid orders take first priority in our Que line of orders so Fully Paid Orders At transworld or online will be given a 90 day window starting March 15th .Meaning you will have your prop Pior to 90 days after Transworld Or your shipping is free. First come First served - Meaning your order- 1 well your prop order will go out 1st on that 3 month window Order 2 and so on.

Q. Do you take Deposits On orders
A. yes we require a 50% deposit on your at order during transworld. The Other 50% will be do with in 30 - 45 days after the Transworld. Once fully paid your order is active And on our production que line to get built. Your window is June 15th -August 15th or your shipping is free.

Q. Can we Deposit 50% online
A. No you would have to call in your order during the Transworld. you can call 917-499-6849.and leave a message for a call back. Once the show is closed for the day we will call you back and take your order and deposit over the phone for your order..

Q. When do the discounted props prices End
A.Sunday March 11th at 11pm online,

Q. What if i placed an order before transworld and am waiting for our props can we order more or change our order.

A. Yes you can place another order. The Last 3 months we have shipped props order that came in and were Recived in that order. Around Dec 12 t we had to Halt production due to an injury and do to that we had to halt All production till after transworld props were complete. do to the fact that the show is first and pressing and Halloween is many months away. So any if you recived part of your order or are still waiting. We are shipping what we can get done Before TRANSWORLD. after we will open production and start shipping starting March 15th. If you want to change your order from old props to new props that is fine your order is your order and you are still first at the list no matter what you order new or old.

Q. Shipping when does that get charged?
A. Due to the see saw nature of gas prices over the last few years. We charge shipping at the time your order is ready to ship. Why because if prices go up we lose if prices go down you lose so to be fair we charge the rate it is at the time we ship. We only want to be fair to all. we are in the prop bussienss not the shipping business.

Q. If theres a huge line at the booth to check out what do i do..

A..At anytime you can leave us your order and credit card number and pick up your order invoice during tranworld or we can email it to you. or you can wait. once we have your order we have it in our systems.
